Continued Clarity: Call Dates & Topics

I’m excited to help you continue to implement and adapt the Bright Method in your life.

Below are the group call times and topics. The “Add to Calendar” entries contain the Zoom link for each.

Just a reminder that, unlike the group calls during the six-week program, these calls will not be made available later on the portal. While I may record them for internal purposes, we’re not going to post them after the fact. I want people to feel able to be vulnerable without worrying that others not on the call will see it later. Make sense?

My only requirement for the calls is that you have your cameras on during them, at least for 50% of the time (I get it if you want to eat during it and turn them off for that). We’ll have a strict come-as-you-are, judgment-free policy in terms of what you look like. Seeing faces really helps the discussion, so it’s the one thing I’m going to be demanding about! I promise to show up without make-up on and in a sweatshirt occasionally too to help ease the pressure to look camera-“ready.” Deal?

Let’s protect some time to use the Bright Method to show up as the friend we want to be.

  • Thursday, January 26 11-11:45am PST / 2-2:45pm EST: Focusing on Less: We’re not necessarily going to “do less,” but I do want to help you focus on less so you can be more effective and have the impact you want when it comes to the things you decide to do. To that end, we’re going to talk about clarifying what our main drive is for the upcoming few months – and what that means for eliminating things on your plate to make room for what you want to focus on (even if it’s just having more breathing space after a crazy year).
